OK — have been messing about with this thing for about six months now and I keep coming back, so thought I’d chuck my thoughts in since someone asked me the other day. I’m in the UK, mostly do football and horses, small stakes, just so you know where I’m coming from.

The reason I started using it was actually pretty stupid — I never could get my head round what an ew return would be when the place terms changed. I used to just wing it and then be surprised. Now type the odds in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.

The single bet calculator is the bit I use most — you put in stake and odds and you get profit and total return with no faffing, fractions or decimals. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — acca and treble returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, a yankee, honestly that’s where most people I know mess it up. Have a go yourself, it lives at dutch betting formula — free, no signup.

What genuinely shifted things for me were the more serious extras. They’ve got an implied probability thing and it makes obvious the overround, and there’s the kelly calculator — I use half kelly since full stakes are terrifying. The dutch tool gets used a fair bit for when I’m splitting a race.

Not all sunshine though. Its layout looks pretty plain — not much polish, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. Phone-wise it’s fine though the lucky 63 breakdown make you pinch and zoom. There’s no app, just the site — fine by me but you asked.

Anyway. Free, not plastered in adverts, works. If anyone even now adds it up in their head, give it a go — saved me plenty of «wait, that’s it?» moments.

So — been using this thing for about four months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so figured I’d chuck my thoughts in since someone asked me a few days back. I’m UK based, generally bet football and racing, small stakes, just so you know where I’m coming from.

How I found it was genuinely a bit daft — I couldn’t ever get my head round what an e/w payout actually came to once you get five places instead of three. I used to just eyeball it and then be surprised. Now I stick my stake in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.

The single bet calculator is the bit I’m on daily — you drop in stake and odds and it spits out returns straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. Same tool covers the multiples — doubles and trebles returns, a lucky 15, yankees, which is where most people I know lose track. If you fancy a poke about, it’s here accumulator bet calculator and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

One thing that really shifted things for me were the geekier bits. They’ve got an implied probability calculator which shows you how much the bookie’s taking, and a kelly tool — I stick to fractional kelly because full kelly is a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutching one gets used a fair bit when I’m covering two or three runners.

It’s not perfect mind. Its design is very functional, let’s say — not much polish, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it’s fine though the lucky 63 breakdown need a bit of scrolling. Also there’s nothing on the app store, it’s browser only — fine by me but worth saying.

Anyway. Doesn’t cost anything, barely any ads, does what it says. If anyone still works out returns on a calculator app, have a look — it’s saved me plenty of dumb bets I’d have regretted.

Right — been using this thing for something like six months now and I keep coming back, so figured I’d say something since a lad on another thread asked me last week. Am based in the UK, generally bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.

The reason I started using it was honestly embarrassing — I couldn’t ever figure out what an each way payout actually came to once you get five places instead of three. I’d just eyeball it and get a shock. These days I stick my stake in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.

The single bet calculator tool is the bit I use most — you drop in your stake, the odds and it shows profit and total return with no faffing, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. There’s also the fiddly ones — acca and treble maths, a lucky 15, a yankee, which is where I always mess it up. If you want a look, it’s here each way acca calculator — free, no signup.

What really changed how I bet is the more serious tools. They’ve got an odds-to-probability thing which shows you what margin’s baked in, and there’s the kelly staking calculator — I use half kelly since full stakes are terrifying. Dutching calculator is decent when I’m spreading across selections.

Couple of gripes. Its layout is a bit basic — not much frills, it’s clearly function over form. On mobile it works but the acca grid need a bit of scrolling. Also there’s no proper app, just the site — slight shame but you asked.

Right, that’s me. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does the job. If you honestly does the maths on paper, give it a go — saves me a load of «wait, that’s it?» moments.

So — have been messing about with this thing for about six months now and it’s stuck on my phone, reckon I’d chuck my thoughts in since someone asked me last week. I’m in the UK, mostly bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, for context.

The reason I started using it was genuinely a bit daft — I could never figure out what an e/w return actually came to once you get five places instead of three. I’d just wing it and get a shock. These days I type the odds in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.

The single bet calculator tool is the bit I open most — you drop in your stake, the odds and it shows profit and total return straight away, fractions or decimals. It also handles the multiples — acca and treble maths, a lucky 15, yankees, and that’s where most people I know mess it up. If you fancy a poke about, it lives at american betting odds converter and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

What genuinely made a difference were the more serious tools. The probability converter that shows how much the bookie’s taking, plus a kelly staking calculator — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutch tool is handy too if I’m spreading across selections.

It’s not perfect mind. The layout looks a bit basic — no flash, it’s clearly function over form. Phone-wise it works although the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. Also there’s nothing on the app store, just the site — doesn’t bother me but worth saying.

So yeah. Doesn’t cost anything, not plastered in adverts, works. Anyone who still does the maths on paper, try it — saved me a fair few arguments with the bookie.

Right — been using this thing for something like a few months now and it’s stuck on my phone, reckon I’d chuck my thoughts in since a mate asked me a few days back. Am in the UK, mostly stick to footie and the horses, nothing mad, so take it how you like.

What got me on it was honestly embarrassing — I couldn’t ever figure out what an e/w payout actually was with 1/5 odds a place. I’d just wing it and then be surprised. Now I stick my stake in first, every time, even a simple single bet.

Their single bet calculator tool is the part I open most — you drop in your stake, the odds and it spits out profit and total return straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn’t matter. Same tool covers the bigger stuff — acca and treble returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, a yankee, and that’s where most people I know mess it up. If you want a look, it’s over at vig calc and there’s no login wall, which I appreciated.

The thing that genuinely shifted things for me is the more serious extras. There’s an implied probability thing and it makes obvious what margin’s baked in, plus a kelly criterion calculator — I use half kelly because full kelly is terrifying. The dutch tool is decent when I’m covering two or three runners.

It’s not perfect mind. The interface feels a bit basic — not much polish, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. Phone-wise it’s fine although the lucky 63 breakdown need a bit of scrolling. There’s no app, it’s browser only — fine by me but worth saying.

So yeah. Free, no ads shoved in your face, does what it says. Anyone who even now adds it up in their head, have a look — saved me a load of dumb bets I’d have regretted.

Solid value for anyone willing to read carefully, and a look at globalbusinessunity extends that value across the rest of the site, this is the kind of place that rewards return visits rather than offering everything in a single splashy post and then leaving readers nothing to come back for later which is unfortunately common.

Going to share this with a friend who has been asking the same questions for a while now, and a stop at ieeb added a few more pages I will pass along too, this is the kind of generous information that earns a small thank you from me right now and again later this week.

Reading this gave me confidence to make a decision I had been putting off, and a stop at businessgrowthpartnerships reinforced that confidence, content that translates into action in my own life rather than just informing it is content with the highest practical value and this site is generating that action level utility for me lately.
